Donation goals and campaigns
How are the donation goals selected, and by whom?
Our team selects the donation goals with great care. We support social and environmental projects whose work we know personally and have vetted – from the food banks in Cologne and Düsseldorf, to Women for Justice in Shingal (Iraq) and the Omid Online School for girls in Afghanistan (together with the Filippas Engel Foundation), to our planned kindergarten for orphaned children in Northern Iraq. Can I choose which donation goal the proceeds of my deposit support?
Yes – as a partner, you are welcome to tell us which of our donation goals is closest to your heart. If you leave it open, we distribute the proceeds across our current projects.
Where exactly do my donations go?
The proceeds go 100% to our current donation goals – social and environmental projects in Germany and abroad. We present all projects transparently on our Donation Goals page.
How do I know my help arrives?
The organizations and projects we support are carefully selected. We stay in close contact with them and report regularly on progress – on our website and our social media channels.
