For trade fairs, festivals and events
The deposit box for trade fairs and events
At events, empties pile up faster than anyone can collect them. We provide deposit containers including support staff for the entire duration — and the deposit proceeds go entirely to charitable projects.

Events where we have collected

The problem at events
A packed venue, high drink sales, little staff for side tasks: bottles and cans end up on standing tables, under benches and in bins where they do not belong. Not only is the deposit lost there — the material leaves the recycling loop. And the image visitors take home is rarely the one the organiser had in mind.
A collection container alone does not solve this. At a trade fair it fills up faster than anyone can empty it on the side. That is why our event offer includes staff who keep the collection point running for the entire duration.
What we take care of
Set-up and placement
We bring the containers, place them where people actually drink, and label them visibly.
Support throughout the event
Our staff empty, swap and look after the containers for as long as your event runs — even over several days. How a deposit collection at an event works from planning to settlement is described in detail.
Removal and settlement
We take everything away again, redeem the deposit and pass the proceeds on to the supported projects.
Where the containers have already stood

The deposit containers have been deployed at gamescom, at Koelnmesse trade fairs, at dmexco and ORGATEC, and at the Automobil Elektronik Kongress in Ludwigsburg — there as a hydration sponsorship by Texas Instruments, wrapped in the partner's design. Customers and partners also include Live Nation.
Wrapped in the design of your event. The container is 1.80 metres tall and therefore visible in a crowd. On request, the body, neck and the area around the slot carry your logo, your motto or your sponsor's — we handle the design based on your specifications.
Which formats it suits
| Format | Typical requirement | What we suggest |
|---|---|---|
| Trade fairs and congresses | Several days, high visitor numbers, indoor venue | Containers at entrances, exits and catering points, continuous support |
| Festivals and open airs | Large area, outdoors, very high volume | Several locations, locking system for unattended points, tighter emptying intervals |
| Company parties and congresses | One day, representative setting | A few well-placed containers in your design |
| Street festivals and club events | Publicly accessible, organised by volunteers | Support by us, so your helpers stay free |
| Reusable-cup events | Cups instead of bottles in circulation | Cup deposit container instead of the bottle version |
Why this is more than waste management
A collection point with a visible purpose is used differently from a bin. Visitors drop in their empties because they can see what it is good for — and the organiser shows what they stand for with an object rather than a declaration of intent. The deposit proceeds go entirely to charitable projects; which ones can be found at Donation Goals.
Frequently asked questions from organisers
How many containers do we need?
That depends on the area, the number of visitors and the drinks service. Give us these three figures and we will propose a set-up. A first orientation is also provided by the Needs Calculator.
Do you provide staff as well?
Yes. For events, support staff are included who empty the containers and keep an eye on them for the entire duration.
How quickly can this be arranged?
That depends on the date and the wrap you want. Without a custom wrap, shorter lead times are possible; with your own design we allow time to coordinate the draft.
Can we use it for sponsoring?
Yes. The advertising space works well as a hydration sponsorship — the sponsor appears on the container, the proceeds go to charitable projects. That is how it was done at the Automobil Elektronik Kongress, among others.
What about rain or outdoor use?
The material is LLDPE and suitable for outdoor use. For unattended locations we additionally recommend a locking system.
What if we use reusable cups?
Then the cup deposit container is the right choice. Let us know in advance which system is in circulation.
Tell us about your event
Date, area, expected number of visitors and drinks service are enough for a first proposal. We usually get back to you within one working day.
